1. General Store Terms

Your agreement to browse the website or purchase from Tudor Eyewear constitutes your acknowledgment to abide by all stated terms and conditions. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

• All products, descriptions, and prices displayed are subject to stock availability.
• We make every effort to display frame colors and dimensions accurately; however, actual colors may vary slightly depending on your monitor settings.

2. Custom Eyeglasses & Prescription Lenses Policy

Regarding custom prescription eyeglasses and lenses ordered through the website or branches:

• The customer bears full responsibility for entering and submitting a recent and valid eye prescription issued by a certified ophthalmologist.
• Our specialized team ensures appropriate measurement verifications for lens preparation.
• Tudor Eyewear is not responsible for eye discomfort resulting from inaccurate prescriptions provided by external clinics.

3. Pricing & Payment Methods

All financial transactions within the store are processed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP).

• We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), credit/debit cards, and direct payment in branches.
• In the event of an unintentional pricing error on the website, Tudor Eyewear reserves the right to cancel the order after notifying the customer.

4. Warranty, Services & Maintenance

We take pride in providing high quality and precise customization for all frames and lenses:

• Manufacturing Defects: Warranties cover factory manufacturing defects in frames and lens coatings.
• Exclusions: Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, scratches from improper cleaning, or accidental breakage and wear.
• Free Adjustment Service: All Tudor Eyewear customers are entitled to complimentary frame adjustments and screw tightening at any of our branches.

5. Applicable Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws and regulations in force in the Arab Republic of Egypt, and in compliance with the Egyptian Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018.
